Giant - previously known as Kissy Bear at the shelter bec he was such
a great dog, was at a high kill shelter near Kansas City, MO, and
had already been granted a reprieve. Rebecca's brother who lived
near the shelter, pulled Giant, and he met Heather's sister-in-law
who also lives down there somewhere, and she drove all night and
deposited him at Heather's house for the day.
The shelter said he was good with other dogs, cats, and kids. But he
was slated to go into a home with 3 kitties, so he was fostered for a
couple of nights with a cat to see how he did. In short order, he
was groomed and joined the Indah, Perry, baby Clayton and the kitties.
