Rescue Success Stories

Jake
Jake with his new friends.

Playing Again Sams was contacted in March of 1999 about a tall, blue-eyed samoyed that had been turned into the Appleton Shelter with his lab sibling. Hard to believe nobody wanted to adopt this impressive animal. Jake was fostered for only a week in Milwaukee because Laurie and Keith appeared almost immediately to whisk this beautiful, gentle, mellow, gorgeous creature off to their doggie paradise near Marshfield. Jake joined their other samoyed, Lisa and their elkhound, Koke. As you can see, it was a perfect match, and now Laurie and Keith are foster parents for other samoyeds in need.
